高校教师创新意识培养浅析

摘　　要：尝试探讨如何培养创新意识。首先从创新概念入手，分析创新在教育中的重大作用，指出教师如何在日常工作中加强对创新意识的培养。创新是一个民族的灵魂，作为知识经济基础的教育，更应把创新放在首位。跨学科研究不失为培养创新意识的一剂良方。This is a qualitative text analysis that seeks to how to enhance the awareness of creative thinking. This study, with the introducing of the concept of initiation in terms of Economies, seeks to highlight the understanding of the creativity in education. What is of substantial importance is the awareness of the teachers in the daily teaching. Creative thinking is the soul of a nation. The industry of education, the base of the knowledge economy, should be playing a leading role. Multi-discipline study is one of the better ways.
