摘　　要：翻译原则和标准的多元化一直以来都是翻译理论研究的一个重要现象。影响翻译原则和标准的因素很多,历史和文化背景是其中最重要的因素,翻译原则和标准的不断变异是在特定的历史和文化背景下形成的。The diversity of translation norms and standards is an issue in translation studies. Of all factors affecting such norms and standards, the present paper focuses on the relevant historical and cultural backgrounds which determine the development of translation norms and standards.
