公民道德品质探析

摘　　要：首先界定了公民道德品质的概念,根据公民道德行为与道德品质的关系,从公民道德行为状况分析公民道德品质,并阐述了社会发展与公民道德进步的关系,进而提出社会发展对公民道德品质的要求。In recent years, civil, civic virtue, civic education issues such as research, a lot of exposition from the perspective of moral qualities of citizens to start to study the problem of almost no citizens. The paper first defines the concept of the quality of civic virtue, in accordance with moral behavior and moral character of the relationship, from the analysis of ethical conduct civic and moral qualities of citizens, and described the social development and progress of the relationship between civic virtue, and then out forward the development of civil society and moral qualities requirements.
