摘 要:以脱酚无毒棉籽粕为原料提取蛋白,研究了料液比(W/V)、pH、提取温度、提取时间对棉籽蛋白提取率的影响。在单因素实验分析基础上,进行了正交实验,对相关因素在不同水平上对结果的影响进行了分析。结合考虑实际操作的可行性,最终确定棉籽蛋白质最佳提取工艺条件为:料液比1∶25(W/V),提取液pH为11·5,50℃条件下浸提2h,蛋白质提取率达到83·40%,蛋白质纯度为94·91%。The conditions of extracting protein from dephenol cottonseed cake were optimized.The influences of the ratio of cottonseed cake to solution(W/V), pH,temperature and time on the extraction rate were investigated.On the basis of single factor test and the orthogonal test,the optimal working parameters were worked out and tested. To consider the feasibility in industry, the optimum extracting conditions of cottonseed protein were., the ratio of cottonseed cake to solution was 1:25 (W/V), extracting 2h at temperature 50℃ under pH 1!.5, and the extraction rate of protein was 83.40% ,the purity of protein was 94.91 %.
