摘  要:以孔子为代表的先秦儒家经过两千多年的社会国家教育实践,积累丰富的教育思想:以人为本,天人合一的人性思想;"人为邦本","君轻民贵"的核心价值追求;"正人正己",自强不息的整体发展体系以及以仁为核心,任举贤才的人才标准。Pre-Qin Confucianism represented by more than two thousand years after the national education community of practice,and accumulated a wealth of educational thoughts: such as humanly thinking of People-centered, harmony between man and nature ; core values of 'Bangben man-made', 'Jun the expense of the citizens'; self-improvement of 'Masato is already' as well as the overall development of the system as the core kind; and the personnel standards of giving more capable personnel better posts.
