论探索法学本科“思想性-专业性”实践课教学的必要性

摘  要:法学本科实践课教学模式应随时代的发展而不断创新。当前,探索"思想性-专业性"实践教学模式非常有必要,这是由法学本科教育应培养实践性、应用性人才的基本目标决定的,是由单纯的专业性实践教学课模式和单纯的思想性实践课教学模式存在着功能缺陷决定的,是由法律人肩负重大社会责任与当代法学本科生自身存在着不足之间的矛盾决定的。这一探讨有利于丰富法学本科实践课教学模式,有利于提升法学本科实践课教学的品格。The law science undergraduate's practice-teaching model should be innovated unceasingly with the development of sociality. It is necessary extremely to explore the "ideological - specialization" practice-teaching model. It is decided by the target that the law science undergraduate education raises the resources with practical and utility ability, decided by the function flaw that it has of the pure specialized ideological practice educational model or the pure one,and decided by the contradictory between the significant social responsibility and the insufficiency with the students specializing in law science. This discussion is advantageous at enriching practice-teaching model in the legal science undergraduate course, and promoting the moral character of the practice-teaching in law science.
