摘  要:为应付不断变化的企业外部环境,建立与战略环境相符的企业文化是每个企业面临的基本问题。由于企业文化自身的特殊性,实施变革尤为困难。在借鉴国内外路径依赖理论及其应用实践的基础上,指出企业文化中的路径依赖现象是企业文化变革的最大阻力因素,并提出解决文化路径依赖现象的对策以及变革的实施步骤。To cope the changing of outer environment, it becomes a basic problem, that every corporation has, to construct its corporate culture according to the strategic environment. Because of the particularity of corporate culture, it is fairy difficult to carry the reform out. The paper pointed out that the path de- pendency phenomenon in corporation is the greatest resistance to corporate culture reform, which is based on the reference to path dependency theory and application both at home and aboard, and then gave the coping strategy and implementing steps that dealt with culture path dependency phenomena.
