摘　　要：围绕全方位创新应用型人才的培养,对开展的产学研合作教育进行了总结,叙述了中心产学研结合教育的优势所在及近几年来培养创新人才的模式。通过实践认识到:合格的人才只能在高等学校积极参与社会实践中造就,产学研合作培养创新人才是高等教育发展的必然趋势。The summary of industry-university-research institute combination was given around the culture and education for the strong innovation professional. It described the advantage of the education of industry-university-research institute combination, and the model of training innovative talents in recent years. Practice shows that school education combined with social practice can bring up qualified talents. It has important significance to research on training innovative talents with University-Industry Cooperation. It is the inevitable trend in our country＇s higher educational development.
