摘　　要：为加强遗传学实验课程建设和全面提高遗传学实验教学质量,在遗传学实验内容选择、实验课程组构建、实验课程综合考核和探索研究型教学方案方面进行改革和尝试,取得了较为满意的效果。In order to optimize the construction of Genetics experimental course and comprehensively enhance the teaching quality of the course, the reforms and exploration in aspects of experiment content selection, teaching group construction, course assessment and research-oriented teaching methods were conducted. And the satisfactory results were achieved.
