摘　　要：张栻在城南书院八年教育实践,积淀了城南书院教育圭臬。历经千年,被湖南一师早期师范教育传承发扬,其成果在清末民初这一特别历史时期以井喷式出现,成为中国师范教育史上的奇观。Zhang Shi undertook educational practice for eight years at Chengnan College and deposited Chengnan College＇s educational criterions. After thousand years, it was inherited and made full use of by Hunan First Normal College. Its achievements emerged in the gross in the special period-the end of Qing dynasty and beginning of Mingguo, and became spectacle in the history of Chinese teacher education.
