摘　　要：探讨海藻糖合酶基因工程菌高密度发酵过程中的一些影响因素,为海藻糖合酶基因工程菌实现工业化生产提供理论依据。With the development of genetic engineering technology, the preparation of trehalose has been brought into the field of molecular biology. But the study of trehalose synthase gene works on the high-density fermentation is seldom reported. This paper reports some influencing factors on trehalose synthase gene works of high-density fermentation, and provides a theoretical basis for trehalose synthase gene engineering industrial production.
