摘　　要：信息泛滥给社会各个领域特别是教育领域造成了许多负面影响。在教师成长的道路上,教师个人知识管理不得不面对由信息泛滥引发的各种问题。通过研究信息泛滥对教师个人知识管理的影响,探寻提高教师个人知识管理的有效策略。Information flooding leads to many negative effects to all areas of society including education.On teachers＇professional growth road ,teachers＇personal knowledge management have to face various problems which caused by information flooding.Management of teachers＇ individual knowledge influenced by information flooding are researched in this paper,effective management strategy which is aimed to improve teachers＇ individual knowledge is researched.
