摘　　要：(-1)-循环矩阵和循环矩阵有密切的联系,借助于循环矩阵的性质讨论了(-1)-循环矩阵的几个性质,得出了(-1)-循环矩阵在酉相似下可以化为块对角形矩阵,并且给出了(-1)-循环矩阵广义逆的性质。Many studies on the property and application of circulant matrices have been made,but the discussions of （ - 1 ） - circulant matrices are less comparatively. （ 1 ） - eirculant matrix and circulant matrix have close connection. In this paper,by means of properties of circulant matrices, a few properties of （ - 1 ） - circulant matrices are discussed, a block diagonalized form is obtained on （ - 1 ） - cireulant matrices by unita- ry similarity, and property of generalized inverse on （ - 1 ） - eirculant matrices is given.
