摘 要:在薪酬管理领域,围绕"按劳动、资本、技术和管理等生产要素按贡献参与分配"理论进行了不断的探讨和实践,分配形式呈现出"百花齐放,欣欣向荣"的趋势,取得了许多成功经验和新成果。但对于在企业中处于指挥中枢重要地位的机关管理和技术人员薪酬管理方面,无论是理论界还是企业单位,尚缺乏带有突破性的解决方法。In the area of pay administration, focusing on "according to labor, capital, technology and management and other production factors as participation in distribution according to contribution" the theory, people hare carried out constantly exploration and practice, and distribution forms have appeared a "blossom and bear fruits " trend, and achieved much successful experience and new achievements.
