摘　　要：科学发展观落实到高校工作上,就是学校办学要以科学的发展观为指导,坚持以人为本,使学校的教育与时俱进,准确定位,既要符合市场经济及社会发展需要,又要符合教育、教学规律,还要符合学校实际可能,为社会的进步和发展培养高素质的建设人才,把科学发展思想真正落到实处。The scientific concept of development into the work of colleges and universities, that is, schools should take a scientific outlook on scientific development as guidance and adhere to the human- oriented, so that school＇s education can develop with the times and find its accurate location. It is necessary for schools not only to meet the market economy and social development＇s needs, but also to be in line with the eduction, teaching law. Schools may also need to meet its practical possibilities, to train high- quality talents for social progress and development and to truly implewent the scientific development ideology.
