中日母语作为第二语言教学的师资培养比较研究

摘　　要：我国的"对外汉语教学"和日本的"日本语教育",同属于母语作为外语的第二语言教学,很多方面可以比较研究。本文从师资现状、教师素质和专业能力要求、师资培养内容等方面进行对比,发现二者在师资结构、师资条件、师资培养目标上都存在不同,对外汉语教学在师资培养方面有进一步扩展和提高的空间。Teaching Chinese as a second language and Japanese education are both cases of second language teaching. After making a comparative study on the status of teachers, teacher qualification, professional requirements and content of teacher training, It is found that both are different with regards to the structure and condition of teachers and goals of teacher training, and there is space of expansion and improvement in the training of teachers who teach Chinese as a second language.
