摘　　要：导师制是一种由教师对学生的学习,品德和生活等方面进行个别指导的制度,以实现大众教育中谋求精英教育和优生优教为目标。要求做到科学组建导师班、精心组建导师队伍、突出教学重点、完善监控制度和加强鼓励措施等方面的工作。The tutorial system is a system in which the teachers guide the students in their study,moral and living respectively, and achieving elite education and gifted education for gifted students in public education are the goals. For a successful tutorial system,it is needed to construct a tutor group in a scientific way, form an excellent tutor team, highlight teaching points,improve the monitoring system and strengthen the incentives.
