A Survey into the Mental Health of the Elementary School Teachers in Ningyuan County

摘  要:采用症状自评量表SCL-90,对随机抽取的6所小学的教师进行心理健康状况调查,结果显示:89.9%小学教师的整体心理健康状况无忧,心理健康受损检出率为10.1%,其中在躯体化、敌对、强迫性、人际关系敏感等因子的得分明显高于国内常模;从单项因子看,因子分大于2者所占百分数由低到高依次是恐怖、精神病性、焦虑、人际敏感、躯体化、抑郁、偏执、敌对,有33.3%的教师有强迫症状。男性教师的心理健康水平低于女性教师;46岁以上的教师比其他年龄段的教师心理健康水平都要低;中专文凭的教师与大专文凭的教师的心理健康水平相当,并无显著差异。A mental health survey is conducted to a sample of elementary school teachers from six schools with symptom checklist SCL-90, which reveals the following results: 89.9% of the elementary school teachers' entire mental health condition are good,; impaired relevance ratio of mental health is 10.1%; points of the factors of Somatization, hostility, ObsessiveCompulsive, and interpersonal seneitivity are higher than the domestic norm; percentage of the monomial factors scoring higher than 2 are listed in ascending order as follows: Photic anxiety, psychoticism, anxiety, interpersonal seneitivity, Somatization, depression, Paranoid ideation, hostility; 33.3% of the teachers have symptoms of Obsessive Compulsion; mental health level of the male teachers are lower than that of female teachers; mental health level of teachers over the age of 46 are lower than that of teachers of the other age guoups; mental health level of secondary technical school teachers and Junior College teachers differs slightly.
