摘　　要：目的探讨中国帕金森病患者中OGCP基因的突变特点。方法应用聚合酶链反应(PCR)结合变性高效液相色谱检测(Denaturing High Performance Liquid Chromatography,DHPLC)方法,对125例帕金森病患者以及200名正常对照者进行OGCP基因突变分析。结果帕金森病患者及正常对照者均未发现OGCP基因的突变及多态。结论中国帕金森病患者中OGCP基因的突变及多态可能罕见。Objective To investigate the mutation characteristics of OGCP gene in Chinese patients with Parkinson＇s disease. Methods Mutations of OGCP gene were screened by polymerase chain reaction combined with denaturing high performance liquid chromatography in Chinese PD patients. Results No mutations or polymorphisms in the OGCP gene was detected in this group. Conclusions OGCP gene mutations may be rare in Chinese PD patients.
