摘　　要：论述了微光学机电系统（ＭＯＥＭＳ）的研究状况和已研制的系统的结构工艺与工作原理，对其发展和应用前景进行讨论。This paper summarizes the current research state of MOEMS.The sorts,structures,operational principles and fabrication processes are described.The future application and development are discussed and analysed.
