摘　　要：针对当前精品课程教学录像中存在的制作质量差、耗时长等问题，提出一套精品课程教学录像制作的解决方案，使精品课程录像在制作的质量和时间之间取得很好的平衡，有效地促进精品课程的建设。This paper presents a series of solutions to problems like bad image quality and timeconsuming currently existing in excellent course video-making. The solutions help to achieve balance between quality and time in excellent course video-making and promote the building of excellent course effectively.
