摘　　要：教学团队建设是教育部"质量工程"建设的重要组成部分。通过建立团队合作制推动教学改革和学科建设,对提高教师的教学水平,提高人才培养质量具有重要意义。文章就教学团队的概念、教学团队建设的意义及加强土建专业教学团队建设的措施等方面进行了探讨。Teaching team building is an important part of ＂Quality Project＂ building of the Ministry of Education. By building the team cooperation, come to drive the educational reform and discipline construction, improve the teaching level of teachers and improve the quality of personnel training is important. In this paper, the concept of team teaehing, teaching the meaning of team building and strengthening the construction of professional teaching team building measures have been studied.
