摘　　要：分析了杵头的弹性接触对擂溃过程中的均匀研磨、研磨强度、研磨温升的影响。介绍了轨迹遍及度概念及计算公式，导出了与研磨强度有关的接触压力、研磨力矩的计算公式以及研磨温升的计算公式。The author analyses the influence of the uniform grinding, grinding strength and grinding temperature rise in meat mill process on the elastic contact of pestle The formulas for calculating the contact compresive stress and grinding moment of relating to grinding strength, and the formula for calculating grinding temperature rise are deduced .
