摘　　要：在调查了医学国家精品课程建设现状的基础上，分析了在网络传播与应用中影响医学精品课程质量的技术因素，阐述了新的网络环境的特征与优势及其对教育的影响，进而针对当前医学精品课程建设中的不足，提出了在新的网络环境下提高其质量的对策。Based on the survey of the aetualify of national top-quality medical courses, this article analyzes the technical factors affecting the quality of these courses in the network transmission and application. It also expounds the features of the new network context and its influences on education, then further points out inadequacy of the top-quality courses and discusses strategies for improving the quality of top-quality medical courses in the new network context.
