摘　　要：重新修订的德国《联邦职业教育法》中增加了职业教育领域实施模块化课程的规定,这是德国教育界对"双元制"实施过程中暴露的缺陷的回应。本文通过总结德国职业教育领域模块化改革的起因与现状,分析职业教育模块化改革的特征及实施情况,以期为我国职业教育的模块化改革提供借鉴。The new version of ＂Law on Vocational Education＂ in Germany clearly adds such content： to carry out modular courses in the field of vocational education, which is German educational circles： response to the shortcomings that expose during the implementation process of ＂dual system＂. By summarizing the causes and present situation of modularization reform in the fieId of German vocational education, this paper analyzes characteristics and implementation situation of vocational education modularization reform in order to provide reference for our vocational education reform.
