摘 要:教师专业化作为国际教师教育发展的趋势和潮流,它要求将教师教育过程融入到整个教育生活和学习生活过程之中,用教师的职业精神整合学科知能和教师专业知能,从而提高教师专业化水准。针对当前高师院校人才培养方案中存在的不足,我们提出了优化教师教育培养方案的基本思路和要求,在方案中体现了教师教育一体化理念,拓展了人才培养方案内涵,充实完善了实践课程体系,通过"模块化"设置课程,强化了学科特色和个性发展。The teacher specialization has become the tendency and tidal current, which requests the process of teacher education to be integrate into the entire education and study life and reguire high of teacher's devotion and professional knowledge and skill. Nowadays normal colleges and universities have certain insufficiencies in personnel training plan, which will influence the quality of personnel training and the level of teacher specialization. China West Normal University proposes to optimize the teacher education in the long-term practice process. The personnel training plan of undergraduate courses can manifest the idea of education integration and develops the personnel training plan in connotation. While it strengthens the quality of teacher education, it also enriches and consummates the practice curriculum system. In addition, the curriculum of "modulation" can strength discipline characteristics and individuality development.
