摘　　要：校园文化影响着人才培养的质量。研究生是大学校园里的特殊群体,这一群体具有学术性、松散性、自主性等特点。因此,大学校园文化的建设也应考虑研究生群体的特征,有针对性地开展大学精神文化、制度文化、行为文化及环境文化的建设。Campus culture affects the quality of personnel training..Postgraduates are special groups on campus, which are academic loose, and autonomy. Therefore, the construction of university campus culture should also consider the characteristics of post-graduate group, carry out spirit culture, system culture, behavior cultural and environmental culture construction.
