摘 要:采用大孔树脂法对栀子红发酵液进行了精制。结果表明,大孔树脂GDX-201对栀子红色素具有良好的吸附效果,其精制过程为,栀子红发酵液经离心后,上清液上柱至吸附饱和,先用15%乙醇冲洗去杂,再用含0.5%Na2CO3的55%乙醇洗脱,回收洗脱液经浓缩干燥后,得到栀子红粉末,得率为88.55%,色价可达到95.67(E1%1cm,532nm),比精制前提高了近10倍。The fermentation broth of gardenia red was purified by macroporous adsorption resin.The results showed that macroporous adsorption resin GDX-201 had good adsorption effect on gardenia red pigment. The refine process was that,the fermentation broth of gardenia red was centrifuged and the supernatant was passed through the resin column until adsorption saturation.In order to get rid of the impurity,the gardenia red adsorbed by resin GDX-201 was eluted by 15% ethanol at first,then it was eluted by 55% ethanol with 0.5% Na2CO3.The flow of liquid was concentrated and dried,then we got the powder of gardenia red with the yield of 88.55% and it' s color value could reach 95.67(E^1% 1cm,532nm) ,which was almost tO times of the pigment before purification.
