摘　　要：从实验设计、方案制定、方案实施和多元化考核体系等方面,对酶工程课程实验教学方法进行了探索和总结。设计型实验教学方法可促进学生的专业学习,提高学生的动手能力和科研创新能力,是值得推广的教学新模式。The experiment teaching methods in enzyme engineering are explored and summarized from the aspects of experimental design, scheme making and implementation and diversification assessment system. The designing experiment teaching method may promote the students＇ professional learning, improve their abilities to practice and scientific research innovation, which is worth popularizing.
