利用普通高校教育资源优势发展特色继续教育

摘　　要：继续教育是现代终身教育体系的重要组成部分,它对实现建设创新型学习化社会的目标具有重要作用。普通高校在师资、较完善的人才培养方案、优质的教育资源、规范的教学管理经验和健全的教学质量监控体系等方面具有一定优势,充分发挥这种高校教育资源优势,发展有特色的继续教育,既可以满足社会不断发展对教育的多元化需求,又可以实现有限的教育资源共享,是现代继续教育需要认真思考和积极探索的课题,是普通高校履行社会服务职能的重要方式之一。Further education is an important part of the modern lifelong education system, which plays an important role in eonstructing a new learning society. Universities have some advantages, such as teacher resources, personal training plan, educational resource, standard education management and sound educational quality supervisory system, which can satisfy the multiple needs of education with social development, and can also share the limited educational resources by utilizing those universities＇ educational resources totally to construct the characteristic further education, which needs more research on the modem further education as one of universities＇ ways to serve the society.
