摘 要:针对集装箱码头中出口箱堆场分配问题,运用目标规划方法,建立滚动式计划的出口集装箱堆场分配模型.模型以降低存放处到泊位的水平运输距离和平衡堆场内作业量为目标,达到提高装船效率和降低成本的要求.采用并行遗传算法和启发式算法相结合的混合算法,对出口箱堆场分配模型进行优化求解.案例仿真分析表明该出口集装箱堆场分配模型的有效性与实用性.For the yard allocation strategy problem of outbound containers in container terminals, using the way of objective programming, a yard allocation model about outbound containers under the rollinghorizon approach is developed. The model' s objective function is subject to minimizing the total distance to transport the containers between storage blocks and berthing locations, and balancing the workload in all blocks in order to increase the loading efficiency and reduce loading cost. The optimum solution of this model is obtained by the algorithm which is combined by a heuristic rule and a parallel genetic algorithm. A case simulation shows that it is useful and practical.
