高职应用英语专业人才职业核心能力的培养

摘　　要：分析了职业核心能力的内涵和应用英语专业特色,提出高职应用英语专业人才职业核心能力应为跨文化交际能力。从专业设置、职业岗位活动导向、课程特色等方面探讨高职应用英语人才职业核心能力的培养策略。Analyzed the connotation of core vocational aptitude and the distinguishing features of the applied English major, and pointed out that the core vocational aptitude of applied English majors in higher vocational colleges should be competency in cross-cultural communication. The strategies of cultivating the core vocational aptitude of applied English majors were discussed from the perspectives of discipline setting, vocational post activity orientation and curriculum characteristics.
