摘 要:本研究主要目的在了解公关公司主管转换型领导对其员工工作满意之现况,以及此两变项间之关系。本研究以台北县市159家公关公司的公关人员为研究样本,共发出问卷600份,得有效问卷305份,问卷回收率达50%。搜集之资料,经平均数差异t检定、单因子变异数分析、多元回归分析,获得主要之研究发现:公关人员之教育程度、婚姻状态,以及与直属主管共事年资等变项,封公关人员主管转换型领导的感知程度与其工作满足程度有显着影响。再者,四项主管转换型领导对员工内在满足之预测力达44.6%;封员工外在满足之预测力达64。2%。依研究发现,封公关公司员工管理所提建议,供改善主管与员工彼此间互动之参考。The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of transformational leadership on PR practitioners' job satisfaction in the context of PR agencies in Taiwan. In the study, a sampling of 600 PR practitioners randomly selected from 159 PR firms and 305 effective questionnaires were recruited, yielding a 50% valid rate. T test, one-way ANNOVA, and multi-regression were adopted to analyze the data collected. In this study, marital status, educational background and the years of working with the immediate supervisors were found as the important factors having impact on the transformational leadership and PR practitioners' job satisfaction. Further, transformational leadership dimensions were showed to have significant effects on PR practitioners' intrinsic and extrinsic job satisfaction. The results of this study would be provided as a managerial reference to enhance PR practitioners' jobs satisfaction through improving superintendents' transformational leadership.
