摘　　要：游学是中国古代传统文化的一项重要内容,为揭示游学的重要价值,从著名史学家司马迁及其著作《史记》这一典型案例入手,运用性别角色理论及社会学理论,通过分析司马迁为人、著书的成功之处,探究游学对其产生的积极作用,从而窥见游学在中国文化发展过程中所占的重要地位。Study tour is one of important contents in traditional Chinese culture. To unveil important value of study tour,great historian Sima Qian and his historical records will be concerned as a typical case. By analyzing brilliant points of Sima Qian＇behaviors and his book,as well as in association with gender roles and sociology theory,the positive effect on Sima Qian imposed by study tour will be researched. Accordingly,status of study tour in the process of Chinese culture development could be observed.
