摘  要:建立了固相微萃取(SPME)与气相色谱(GC)联用测定饮料中残留的可挥发性卤代烃(VHH)的检测方法。探讨了影响SPME萃取效果的纤维涂层、离子强度、萃取时间等因素,并对饮料样品的预处理进行了研究。方法的检出限0.3μg/L,线性范围3~90μg/L,回收率在79.5%~104.3%之间,RSD在1.3%~12%之间。A method for the determination of VHH residues in drinks has been established. Some factors influencing extraction efficiency of SPME such as fibre coatings, ionic strength, extraction time were studied. And drink sample pretreatment has also been researched. Good sensitivity and reproducibility were achieved simply and feasibly in this method. The detection limits of the method for the determination of VI-IH in drinks were 0.3 pg/mL. The linear range was 3 - 90 gg/mL. The recoveries were in the range from 79.5 % to 93.3 %. The relative standard deviation were in the range from 1.3% to 12%.
