摘　　要：介绍了德国的教育体系,并详细分析了德国职业教育的全民重视、职业教育的法律保证、双元制教育体制、企业兴办职业教育的管理模式、项目式教学方法的广泛使用、教考分离的培训与考核方式等几个德国双元制职业教育的突出特色,使我们在职业教育中能够借鉴德国双元制职业教育的宝贵经验,采取积极的校企合作的培训模式。The paper describes the education system in Germany. Several outstanding features of German career-education are analyzed in detail. The career-education was valued by all the people in Germany. The career-education was guaranteed by law. The dual-system career-education was adopted. The core of career-education was enterprise. The item education method was extensively used. Training and examination was separated. The precious knowledge of German dual-system career-education can be learned. The cooperation training mode of college and enterprise should be adopted.
