摘　　要：依据内隐理论结合创业者特征探讨创业企业的招募偏好,在文献分析的基础上,提出了创业企业招募偏好的理论假设,旨在为今后的实证研究提供理论依据。This paper, based on the implicit theory and the characteristics of entrepreneurs, discusses recruitment preference by entrepreneurial firms. On the basis of the analysis of the literature, this paper makes theoretical hypothesis for recruitment preference by entrepreneurial firms, providing a theoretical basis for future empirical researches.
