摘  要:体验式教育是指学校组织引导学生亲身参加实践,从而使他们把做人做事的思想道德规范内化为健康心理品格,转化为良好行为习惯的过程。体验式教育强调知识与学习者的互动联系,注重学习者的深入参与和情感的激发,突出人与人的交流沟通,尊重个体的差异,使学生的知、情、意和谐发展。它是人格培育的一种重要的方法和手段,是连接知识学习和人格培育的桥梁。Experiential education is a procedure, in which the school guides students to experience something by themselves so that they could turn their conducting rules into healthy mental characters, and then they could turn their good behaviors into habits. Experiential education, emphasizing the in- teraction between the students and knowledge, concerning the deep participation and emotion provocation of students, giving prominence to the interpersonal communication and respecting the differences of individuals, can lead to a harmonious development of cognition, emotion and volition of students. It is an important method and means to cultivate the personality while it' s the bridge joining knowledge acquiring with the personality cultivation.
