摘 要:[目的]研究虾青素对自然衰老小鼠抗氧化能力的影响。[方法]选用老龄小鼠作为自然衰老模型,按体重和血中MDA水平随机分为一个老龄模型组和4个虾青素剂量组。灌胃60d后,对各实验组的血中MDA含量、SOD活性、GSH-Px酶活性和8-OHdG含量水平进行测定及比较。[结果]虾青素可显著降低血液中MDA的含量,提高SOD和GSH-Px酶活性,但对8-OHdG含量无显著影响。[结论]摄入适量的虾青素能有效地增强老龄小鼠体内的抗氧化能力,有助于延缓小鼠的自然衰老。[ Objective] To study the influence of astaxanthin on the antioxygenafion capability of natural aging mice. [Methods] The aging mice were divided randomly into 5 groups - one aging model group and 4 astaxanthin doses groups according to their weights and MDA levels. After 60 days intragastric administration with astaxanthin, serum contents of MDA, SOD and GSH-Px activity, and 8-OHdG level were determined and compared between model group and each groups tested. [ Results] Astaxanthin reduced the contents of MDA in the blood significandy and increased the SOD and GSH-Px activity, but it had no significant effect on the levels of 8-OHdG. [ Conclusion] Adequate intake of astaxanthin can improve the antioxygenation capability of aging mice effectively and delay the natural aging of mice.
