提高农业院校学科教师现代教育技术能力的方法探讨

摘　　要：教师教育技术能力是教师专业能力的组成部分。学科教师的现代教育技术能力,是提高教学质量,促进教育信息化发展的基础和要求。西藏大学农牧学院作为面向西藏培养农牧业人才的高校,在学科教师的现代教育技术能力提高中仍然面临许多问题。本文结合西藏实际,从学校面临的问题入手,分析解决教师在提高现代教育技术能力方面应该做好的工作,以达到提高学校教育教学质量的目的。Teacher educational technique ability is the teacher specialized ability constituent. Discipline teacher＇s modern education technology ability, is improves the quality of teaching, the promotion education informationization development foundation and the request. Agriculture and Animal Husbandry College of The Tibet University achievement faces Tibet raise animal husbandry talented person＇s university, in discipline teacher＇s modern education technology ability enhanced still faced many questions. This article links to Tibet reality, faces the question from the school to obtain, the analysis solves the teacher to enhance the work which the modern education technology ability aspect should complete. Achieves improves the school edition quality of teaching the goal.
