论示范高中的使命与责任

摘　　要：从重点高中到示范高中的演变,意味着我国普通高中建设政策的价值取向发生了重大转变。示范高中具有示范性、标准性、辐射性、发展性等特征,应在贯彻教育方针、引领普通高中发展、推动教育公平等方面发挥示范作用。示范高中建设需要谨防校际差距扩大、发展后劲不足、特色缺乏,以及评估、验收标准不够科学全面等问题。加强示范高中建设,需要完善其评估验收标准、建立其督导监测工作机制等。The evolution of high school from ＂key high school＂ to ＂model high school＂ means great changes of values in the policy of our general high school building. Model high school bears the characteristics of model, standard, radiation and development, etc. Model high school should play the model role in implementing the education policy, leading the development of general high school, and improving education fair, etc. Model high school building should pay attention to the following problems： inter-school gap, the lack of development potential and characteristics, the lack of scientific criteria in assessment and acceptance, etc. We should strengthen the model high school building, perfect its criteria in assessment and acceptance, and build monitoring mechanism.
