摘 要:农村教师的培养、稳定是农村教育顺利发展、实现城乡教育均衡发展的关键。反思我国农村中小学教师教育,我们认为应该进一步加强师范生"农村感"的培养,使农村中小学教师形成合理的"农村"观念和深厚的"农村"情感,从而确保农村教师队伍数量与质量的稳定,提高农村教育的质量,推动城乡教育的均衡发展。The training of teachers for rural areas is of vital importance for the development of education of the areas and the balance between rural and urban education. Considering the nation-wide situation of primary and middle school education in rural areas, we think we should strengthen the nurturing of rural feeling of normal university students in an attempt to make teachers in such areas form the reasonable rural concepts and profound rural feelings. And we hope this may help to stabilize the quantity and quality of teachers in these areas and thus improve the teaching quality and balance the education between rural and urban areas.
