摘　　要：本文以国家级精品课程高分子化学为模板,结合作者在建设高分子化学精品课程中的实践,指出教师队伍建设、教学方法改革及互动教学是搞好高分子化学课程建设、提高教学质量的有效途径。After years of teaching practice in the Polymer Chemistry course, the state excellence course, the author concludes in this paper that the construction of the teaching faculty, the improvement of the teaching methods and the interaction between teachers and students is an effective way in raising the quality of education.
