均匀设计法姜油树脂提取工艺的优化研究

摘　　要：应用超声波辅助乙醇提取姜中的姜油树脂,运用均匀设计方法、偏最小二乘回归分析方法研究优化姜油树脂的提取工艺。结果表明:最佳提取条件为乙醇浓度60%,料液比1∶15,姜粉粒度40目,超声作用波时间50min,温度45℃,姜油树脂提取率为33.39%。The optimal conditions of extracting oleoresin ginger from ginger by ethanol were investigated using uniform design and partial least-square regression analysis method. The optimum reconditions were as followed： ethanol concentration 60%, the ration of solid and liquid 1：15, granularity 40, ultrasound time 50 min and temperature 45℃. Under these conditions, the yield of extraction reached 33.93%.
