摘  要:通过不同的化学试剂与“汽爆”组合处理稻草秸秆的试验研究,确定了有效的预处理条件:稻草秸秆与3%氢氧化钠溶液(固液比W/V为1:5)混匀,置0.15MPa(126~128℃)保温5min,放气。此预处理能使秸秆中木质素去除75.58%;秸秆酶解糖化率(2%底物,0.2%纤维素酶,pH4.8,0.2mol/L醋酸-醋酸钠缓冲溶液,46℃水解48h)达82.78%;通过酿酒酵母将秸秆纤维素酶解糖化液发酵转化为乙醇,产乙醇浓度达5.0%(V/V)。An effective pretreatment advantageous for the ethanol fermentation of rice straw was studied. The determined pretreatment procedure is as follows: blending rice straw and 3 % NaOH in solid/liquid ratio of 1:5 (w/v), insulating for 5 min at 0.15 MPa (126 - 128℃), deflating. Results show: Through this pretreatment 75.58% lignin in the straw can be removed. The enzymatic sacchafifieation rate of the pretreated rice straw reaches 82.78 % at the following condition: substrate 2%, cellulase 0.2%, pH 4.8, 0.2 mol/L HAc - NaAc buffer solution, temperature 46℃, hydrolysis time 48 h. The brew yeast Saecharomyces eerevisiae can grow on the saeeharified hquid and convert the sugar into ethanol, producing ethanol liquid in concentration 5.0% (V/V).
