摘　　要：PBL教学在我国受到学生人数、学时、学习资源等诸多因素的限制,难以普遍开展。利用网络模拟医院开展PBL教学,能打破时间和空间的限制,增加学生学习的自主性、灵活性,并能模拟感受医院的工作情景,能在一定程度上解决PBL教学在我国开展受到限制的问题。PBL is difficult to be carried out in our country just because of many limitations,including the number of students, teaching hours,learning resources, etc. Carrying out PBL hased on network virtual hospital can overcome the limitations of time and space, raise the students＇ level of autonomy and let students flexibility, and let students be familiar with the situation of hospital, which can also solve the problem of PBL to a certain extent.
