摘　　要：文章论述了高职院校教学团队建设的意义,分析了高职院校教学团队建设的现状和不足,探讨了加强高职院校教学团队建设的途径和方法。This paper discusses the significance of teaching team construction in higher vocational colleges, analyzes its present situations and deficiency, explores the methods to strengthen its construction in higher vocational colleges.
