摘  要:通过对北京市18个区县小学随班就读体育教师现状进行调查,得出如下结论:北京市随班就读体育教师队伍相对年轻化,多数为专职教师,学历基本能够达到国家和北京市的要求,但教师梯队不够合理和稳定;多数教师具有较长的体育教学经验并具备普通体育专业教学水平,但其随班就读教学经验较少且缺乏适应体育专业知识。多数教师对随班就读学生有一定的认识,但与管理人员相比有显著性的差异。从教师工作状况来讲,工作强度较大,工作所需的场地器材不足,缺乏必要的专业培训和交流,多数教师认为资源教室对教学工作有帮助。需要加强师资队伍建设及对随班就读体育教师的研究。With the purpose of further researching on PE education in inclusive education and pushing forward training and cultivation of PE teachers, this study adopts questionnaire and interview to investigate current situations of PE teachers in primary inclusive education on the basis of literature review. The results show that teachers are relatively young and most of them are full - time teachers with necessary academic background, but the group of teachers is not stable. Although most of them have much teaching experience and are competent in the field, they lack teaching experience in inclusive education and necessary PE knowledge suitable for disabled students learning in regular class. In addition, there is no enough place and facilities, and necessary professional training and communication are inadequate. Most of PE teachers deem that resource room is beneficial to teaching.
