摘　　要：中国是世界肉类生产与消费大国,屠宰加工业的健康发展需要有完善的屠宰加工业标准体系。对现有的屠宰加工业标准体系进行了归纳总结,并对存在的问题进行了初步探讨,并提出了屠宰加工业标准体系发展的一些建议,目的在于抛砖引玉,使探讨深入下去,共同努力完善屠宰加工业标准体系并提升标准体系质量。The standard system of Chinese processed butcher industry is necessary in the development of Chinese processed butcher industry. On this paper the current situation and suggestion of standard system of Chinese processed butcher industry were discussed, in order to improve and consummate the standard system of Chinese processed butcher industry in the future.
