摘 要:试验选用27头体重20kg左右健康的长×约二元杂交猪,随机分成3组,每组9头,均饲喂添加铜250mg/kg、锌430mg/kg的饲粮,分别在屠宰前0(对照组)、15d和30d停用高铜高锌。观测各组猪生长性能和猪肉品质的变化。结果表明,与不停用对照组相比较在屠宰前30d停用高铜高锌饲粮不影响猪生长性能、饲料利用、屠宰指标及猪肉品质,相反还降低猪肉的滴水损失和铜、锌含量。因此,在屠前30d停止使用高铜高锌不会影响猪的生长,可有效地减少肉中铜、锌的残留。The research was conducted to study the effects of the removal time of high-level copper (250 mg/kg)and zinc (430 mg/kg)adding in diets on pigs’growth performance and meat quality.Twenty-seven Landrace×Yorkshire crossbred pigs with average body weight of 20 kg were randomly divided into 3 groups with 9 pigs each.The high-level copper and zinc were removed from the 0 d (the control group),15 d and 30 d before slaughtered.The results showed that there was no significant difference on growth performance and carcass characteristics between group of high-level copper and zinc removed 30 d before slaughtered and the control group (P 〉 0.05).Moreover,the drip loss,the amount of copper and zinc in meat were significantly reduced.In conclusion,the diet removed high-level copper and zinc 30 d before slaughtered has no obvious negative influence on growth performance,but also can reduce the residues of copper and zinc in meat.
